NOMAD II

NOMAD II is a non-commercial exhibition that showcases the diverse and dynamic talents of Southern California artists.

TAM's innovative contemporary art pop-up returns for its second year

The last edition in 2021 garnered an audience of 5000 visitors over the weekend and we hope to make this one even bigger as we present it  alongside a new art fair for alternative galleries, TRYST.

October 27th- 29th, 2023….

NOMAD returned to the Del Amo Crossing complex, in the heart of the South Bay, October 27th-29th, 2023, for a sculpture, installation, and performance focused program. The Del Amo Crossing building will host works by National, International and Southern California based artists. DJ’s, sound art performances and live panel discussions will be featured at select times throughout the weekend.

The program is made possible thanks to the support of Torrance Refining Company, LEDtronics, Muller Co., Discover Torrance, Torrance Art Museum Advocates, Del Amo Crossing, Art Excellence, Absolution Brewing Company, Project Barley, Consulate Gneral of the Czech Republic, and the City of Torrance

NOMAD II is a giant artistic get together. It is aimed at letting artists show what they have been making recently to each other as well as to the wider public. It is an opportunity to meet peers, make connections, and arrange for future opportunities.

ODYSSEY

Nomad II also hosted TAMA’s ODYSSEY fundraiser

Torrance Art Museum Advocates present generously donated artwork by emerging, mid-career, and established contemporary artists for $100.
